I'm charged twice. What should I do?Updated 15 days ago

We are sorry to hear that! In many cases, you will see this as "Pending" transaction. Don’t fret!

A declined transaction could also appear as "Pending". When this happens, the transaction will not be cleared by the bank, and the amount will be reversed back to your account within 5-10 business days.

If this does not happen and you were charged, kindly reach out to us here with an attachment of your proof of charge and we will be able to assist further.
